1. About Our Service
The Weather To Go is a holiday destination recommendation tool that uses historical weather data to help you find destinations that match your preferred weather conditions. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not sell flights, accommodation, or holiday packages. Links to third-party travel providers such as Booking.com and Skyscanner are provided for your convenience. Those providers are entirely separate services. Any booking you make is made directly with the relevant provider, under their own terms and conditions. The Weather To Go is not a party to any such booking.
2. Weather Data and Accuracy
Weather information displayed on this site is based on historical weather data, calculated climate averages, and — where available — historical sea-temperature data sourced from third-party providers. Some values may be estimates or derived from historical datasets rather than direct observations. All information is provided for guidance purposes only. This information is not a forecast and does not guarantee the weather you will experience during your holiday. Weather conditions can vary significantly from historical averages. You should always check current forecasts from a qualified meteorological service before and during travel. The Weather To Go accepts no liability for weather conditions experienced at any destination.
3. Match Score and Weather Confidence
The Match Score shown against each destination reflects how closely that destination matches the preferences you have entered — such as travel month, temperature range, activities, and holiday style. The Weather Confidence indicator reflects the historical consistency of the relevant weather patterns for that destination and time of year. Both are recommendation and decision-support tools intended to help you narrow down your options. They are not guarantees of suitability, and they do not predict or guarantee future weather. You should use them as a starting point alongside your own research.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not use our service to scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; or interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.
5. Your Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. When you do, your personal data — including your user record, saved searches, and login sessions — will be deleted, subject to any information we may be legally required to retain. The original content on this site — including text, images, design, logos, software, and the Match Score™ and Weather Confidence™ systems — is owned by or licensed to The Weather To Go and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without our prior written permission. The underlying weather and climate datasets used to power this service are supplied by third-party providers including Visual Crossing and NOAA CoastWatch. Those datasets remain the property of their respective owners and are used by The Weather To Go under their applicable terms.
7. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Relationships
Our site includes links to third-party websites and travel providers. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy. The Weather To Go may use affiliate links to third-party travel providers. If you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying booking, we may receive a commission from the provider at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are clearly provided as outbound links to the relevant provider's own website; any booking you make is directly with that provider.
